about

I knew I wanted to make a drum and bass kind of thing, but with the software/skills available I couldn't manage anything like the stuff Current Value or Commix do, which is the stuff I like. So it's a not-entirely-serious attempt at something akin to the old Italian description of English shoes: "as though the maker had often heard shoes described, but had never actually seen any".

A bharal is a large-horned sheep. I named the song after these mad lads because the structure of the song follows the horns - gentle start and finish, in between high bits and in the middle a dip into madness and noise. Pretentious? ME? Took me ages to find the right shaped horns to name the track after, too.
